Vendor Rules and Application

Buechel Park Craft Fair

The 2021 Buechel Park Craft Fair is currently at full capacity.

You are invited to apply, without payment, if you wish to be placed on a waiting list in case there are cancellations.

To be added to the waiting list, you may:

1. Download a copy of the application here: 2021 Vendor Application. Complete the application and mail to the address on the application, but do not include payment.
2. Apply online here. Submit the application, but do not pay.

After your application has been received, you will receive an e-mail stating that you are on the waiting list.  You will then be notified should a booth become available, with directions on how to proceed with payment.

Payment Options, should you be notified that a booth is available: 

1. Along with your application, send a check, payable to Buechel Park Baptist Church and write “Craft Fair” in the memo line.  Mail to:

2. To pay online by PayPal, Debit Card, or Credit Card, add $1.50 to your total; click HERE click on “Donate” and follow the directions. 

IMPORTANT:  You MUST add “Craft Fair” in the space for adding a note near the top of the page where you click “Donate Now”.

You will receive a confirmation once your application and payment have been processed.
